He will take you through the journey of Integration Yoga practice as it relates to your personal goals, level of experience and individual pace. For the beginner, a basic, customized foundation is offered. For the more experienced student advanced postures challenge you to new levels of awareness and growth. Through personalized attention you will learn Hatha yoga postures that heal, proper diet, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and receive emotional support; all of which are customized to meet your own personal goals. In your own safe environment you will be able to discuss your experiences and challenges in confidence as you work through the postures. As a Integration yoga student, Larry will support and motivate you beyond your one-on-one session. He will provide you with consistent support via e-mail and supplementary literature that relates to your core concern. When needed telephone sessions are available at a reduced fee for existing clients.
